Visions Door 2 Door is looking for reliable and caring Bus Aides to help ensure students have a safe and positive ride to and from school.

Bus Aides work alongside the driver to support students during transport. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, arrives on time, and takes safety seriously.

This position is part-time with morning and afternoon shifts, making it a great fit for early risers, parents with school-age children, retirees, or anyone looking for meaningful work in the community.

What You’ll Do

Assist students in safely getting on and off the bus or van
Help ensure students remain seated and follow safety rules
Support the driver in maintaining a calm and safe environment
Provide guidance and assistance to students when needed
Communicate respectfully with students, drivers, and school staff

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for candidates who are:

✔ Reliable and punctual
✔ Comfortable working with children
✔ Patient, calm, and respectful
✔ Able to work early mornings and afternoon routes
✔ Team players who support the driver and students

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Must pass a drug test
Must complete a physical exam and TB test
Must pass a background check
Ability to assist students safely when entering or exiting the vehicle

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
