Bus Aide – Part-Time (Split Shift)

We are seeking dependable and caring Bus Aides to support the safe transportation of students. This is a part-time role with morning and afternoon shifts, ideal for candidates seeking consistent hours with a midday break.

Schedule:

AM Shift: Approximately 6:30–8:15 AM, depending on route
PM Shift: Approximately 1:30–4:00 PM, depending on route
Midday Break: Unpaid break between shifts
Monthly Meetings: Required staff meetings (approximately 2 hours)

Responsibilities include:

Assisting students during boarding and unloading
Supporting students with special needs when required
Monitor student behavior and help maintain a clean, safe, respectful environment
Communicating professionally with students, staff, and parents
Report delays, incidents/accidents, or emergencies promptly

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Ability to pass background check, physical, and drug screening
